Customers are required to check in 30 minutes prior to tour time. Check in will be complete at our Ocean Store- Shop 1, Great Sandy Straits Marina Terminal, Urangan, QLD, 4655. Children must be 6 years or older and over 130cm tall to participate in our tours. Failure to comply by this rule will result in refusal to board our vessel with no refund. Children are considered to be between 6 and 14 years of age. Vessel is not wheelchair accessible. Activity not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with neck or back concerns. Weather Policy Tour operates in all conditions unless it is deemed unsafe by Pacific Whale Foundation staff. PWF reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any time subject to weather conditions. If a tour is cancelled due to weather concerns customers will be offered to change date free of charge or a full refund dependent on circumstances of each individual.
