**Accommodation Cancellations:** Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 3-7 days prior of booking arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 8 days prior of booking arrival date first night will be charged only. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Please note that if you have booked through a travel agency then their cancellation policy may apply before ours. **Tour Cancellations:** Cancelling any booking will result in a minimum administrative fee of $100. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure date will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure date will result in a 50% fee. We encourage all customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
