Welcome to Adventure K'gari. By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

About Us

Adventure K'gari is a brand of Dundee Tourism Group Pty Ltd. We act as a booking platform connecting travellers with licensed tour operators on K'gari (Fraser Island).

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator.
• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each individual tour operator. Please review the cancellation policy displayed on each tour page before booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure may receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to the operator's policy
• No-shows are non-refundable

Liability

Adventure K'gari facilitates bookings but does not operate tours directly. Tour operators are responsible for the safe delivery of their services. We recommend travel insurance for all K'gari adventures.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Dundee Tourism Group Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
