Led by your expert local guide, tick off all of the favourite K’gari locations including the crystal-clear depths of Lake McKenzie and the towering rainforest of Pile Valley. PLUS, uncover some of the destination’s equally spectacular hidden gems such as the emerald green oasis of Lake Wabby. To ensure a smooth pickup, please contact the K’gari Explorer Reservation Team at least two days before your tour and confirm the location and time. Qld law states that all passengers must be suitably restrained including infants. Booster seats are required, if guests are unable to supply their own, K'gari Explorer Tours can assist. Please request at the time of booking. Infants under the age of one year are unable to travel on tours.

We do not carry infants under the age of one on our 4WD coach tour. Infants aged one to three years are welcome on our 4WD coach tour and can travel free of charge. Please note that they require a booked seat to travel. If available, please bring along a suitable car seat for them. Infants must be able to sit upright, as we are unable to fit capsules. All children aged one to eight must be in a car seat. If you do not have a car seat, please contact the Reservations Team before booking to check availability Qld law states that all passengers must be suitably restrained including infants and children. Tour itineraries may change due to tides and weather conditions. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. As our suite of tours are off-road, we recommend that pregnant travellers or people with existing medical conditions seek medical advice before booking. Travellers need to be independently mobile to access and disembark the 4WD buses and all tour sites visited. TWO, THREE, FOUR AND FIVE-DAY TOUR Lake Wabby: This is a 4km return walk through bushland and across soft sands - a moderate fitness level is required. The Lake Wabby Walk is an optional activity. ### **Pick-up/Arrival** To ensure a smooth pickup and ferry transfers, please contact the K’gari Explorer Reservation Team at least two days before your tour/arrival and confirm the location and time. Our office operating hours are 9am to 5pm AEST. ### **Cancellation Policy** **ONE AND TWO DAY TOURS** Bookings cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to departure will not incur a cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure, including amendments or failure to arrive will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Non-utilised tour components are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. **THREE, FOUR AND FIVE-DAY PACKAGES** Bookings cancelled more than 15 days prior to departure will not incur a cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to departure, including amendments or failure to arrive will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
