Departing from stunning Noosa Heads, our three day action-packed adventure tours are the BEST way to truly experience all that K’gari has to offer. Our epic tour guides will teach you all you need to know about four wheel driving on beaches and rugged inland tracks, while sharing stories of the unique history & culture of this wonderful island. At the end of each day, you can sit back and relax at our purpose built eco-campsite, a stone’s throw from the beach! Don’t worry about packing any camping gear or blankets, we have all of this sorted including eco outdoor beach showers and camp toilet facilities (festival style toilets). You can also tour with confidence in the knowledge that Island Expeditions™ holds Ecotourism Australia Certification for operating & inspiring our guests to travel in a way that fosters environmental and cultural understanding, appreciation and conservation.

• Optional extra to the package can include 2 nights in a 16 share mixed en-suite dorm at Nomads Noosa which provides the opportunity to get to know the rest of your tour group departure. If this is not for you, there are options to upgrade to a smaller or private room (subject to availability). • Return trip - Guests are driven back to Nomads Noosa at the end of the trip • Tour aims to be back in Rainbow between 1pm - 3pm and in Noosa between 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm. Can be earlier or later depending on traffic, cars, beach conditions / tides / delays at ferry etc. We do not recommend any outbound travel on the day of return as you are rarely back in Noosa in time to get the bus. Summary - more information can be found on K'gari.Tours website **Compulsory Briefing** Attendance at the compulsory briefing is mandatory. Held at Nomads Noosa (44 Noosa Drive) at 6:00 PM the day prior to departure. Rainbow Beach departures: refer to booking confirmation for details. **Booking Confirmation** Confirmation is sent to the primary booking contact on the day of booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to check spam/junk folders. No reconfirmation is required unless booking details are incorrect. **Changes & Cancellations** Date changes are permitted up to 7 days prior to departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days or failure to attend (no-show) incur a 100% fee. Bookings are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or services. Partial cancellations are not permitted. **Driver Requirements** Drivers must be 21+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience. A valid physical driver’s licence must be presented. Non-English licences must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit. Digital or photocopied licences are not accepted. **Tour Itinerary** Tours are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to weather, tides, safety, mechanical, or operational requirements. The operator may modify, postpone, or cancel tours at its sole discretion. The primary booking contact will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable if a tour does not proceed. If cancelled by the operator, guests may reschedule or receive an open-dated ticket valid until expiry. If this is not possible, booking agent terms apply. Travel insurance covering disruption and weather events is strongly recommended. (Guests can monitor weather conditions via the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) **Return Times** Estimated returns: Rainbow Beach: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Noosa: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Times are estimates only and not guaranteed. No onward travel should be booked on the same day. **Surcharges** Public holiday departures may include a surcharge, advised at booking. Prices are based on fuel and transport costs as at 28 February 2026. If costs increase by more than 5–8%, a reasonable surcharge may apply to reflect actual operating increases. Any surcharge will be advised prior to departure. If it exceeds 10% of the booking value, guests may cancel for a full refund, subject to cancellation terms. **Liability & Damages** Guests are responsible for all damage caused by negligence or misuse. The operator accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Luggage Storage **Luggage Storage** Complimentary storage is provided in Noosa and Rainbow Beach. All items are stored at the guest’s risk. **Vehicle Insurance** All drivers must sign a rental agreement prior to departure. Base cover is included with a $1,500 liability cap for Island 4×4 Hire Pty Ltd vehicles, including recovery and associated costs. This does not include damage to any other vehicle and or property. Optional upgrades: $50 increases cover → $4,000 $100 increases cover → $8,000 Guests remain liable for all costs above their selected cover and is payable on day of departure. **Age Requirements** Participants must be 18+. The operator accepts no liability for false age declarations, which may result in cancellation without refund. **Guest Conduct** The operator may remove any guest at any time for unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behaviour. No refund will be issued. **Medical** Guests are responsible for their own medical needs and all related costs, including evacuation. **Travel insurance is strongly recommended.** **Alcohol Policy** BYO alcohol permitted (cans only). No glass or boxed wine or decanting into plastic bottles. The operator may confiscate non-compliant alcohol. **Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer** We aim to accommodate dietary requirements where reasonably possible. However, due to shared facilities, external food sourcing, and tour conditions, allergen-free preparation and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Guests with allergies should take appropriate precautions and may wish to bring their own food and medication. By joining the tour, guests accept responsibility for managing their dietary requirements and any associated risks. Guests are advised to notify the operator in advance and inform their guide. If dietary requirements affect participation, cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
