Fraser Dingo - 2 Day K'gari PINK 4WD Tag Along Tour from Hervey Bay

Adventure by day, comfort by night Experience World Heritage-listed K'gari on an unforgettable two-day 4WD adventure from Hervey Bay, combining iconic island experiences with the comfort of a private beach house, fresh meals and the opportunity to get behind the wheel yourself. Travelling in a small group of no more than 21 guests, follow our experienced guide in a convoy of our signature pink 4WDs along the famous 75 Mile Beach and K'gari's sandy inland tracks. Eligible guests can take turns driving, with no previous 4WD experience required, while those who'd rather sit back are welcome to enjoy the whole journey as a passenger. Over two days, discover ancient rainforest, freshwater lakes and flowing creeks at some of K'gari's most famous locations. Swim in the crystal-clear waters of Boorangoora (Lake McKenzie), float down Eli Creek, walk beneath the rainforest canopy at Central Station and Pile Valley and discover the Maheno Shipwreck. Depending on tides and conditions, your adventure may also include Lake Birrabeen or a walk across the dunes to Lake Wabby. When the day's exploring is over, there's no tent to pitch. Return to our private beach house on K'gari's Eastern Beach for a hot shower, a freshly prepared dinner and a relaxed evening with your fellow travellers. Stay for the night sky, wake up with the chance to watch the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean, then set out for another day of adventure. This small group experience is designed for solo travellers, couples and friends who want to experience K'gari properly, not just see it through a window.

• Complimentary pick-ups from 7:00 AM: Eco Woolshed, Flashpackers Hostel, YHA (Colonial Village), Kondari Hotel and Hervey's, Hervey Bay. Pickups from other Urangan accommodation locations may be available on request. • Guests meet at our Hervey Bay office by 7:15 AM • Drivers must be 21 years or older, hold a current full driver's licence for a minimum of 2 years, and demonstrate an intermediate level of English to understand safety instructions • A credit or debit card is required for a $2,500 security bond; guests can reduce the vehicle excess to $0 for $50 per person, with no bond hold required • All guests must complete the check-in waiver by 10:00 AM the day before departure • If only one 4WD is running due to low numbers or cancellations, guests will not be able to drive the lead vehicle. • The tour itinerary may change due to tides, weather, track conditions or other circumstances • No cancellations, refunds or date changes within 7 days of departure

**Tagalong Tours & K'gari Wilderness Trail** No Cancellation Refunds or date changes 7 days prior to tour departure date. Free pick up 7:00am morning of departure from the following accommodation (Woolshed, Flashpackers, YHA) within Hervey Bay. Tagalong drivers of the 4wd must attend a safety briefing on the morning of departure. Drivers must be 21 years or over and have a credit card (imprint taken, but no funds held) and current drivers license. The Tour Itinerary can change due to Seasons, Tides and Weather conditions **Vehicle Hire** Cancellations - **LOW SEASON** Cancelations more than 7 days before departure incur $100 booking fee / made within 7 days of departure incur full payment. Cancellations - **HIGH SEASON** Cancelations more than 14 days before departure incur $100 booking fee / made within 7 days of departure incur full payment. All drivers of the vehicle must be over 23 years of age and hold a current drivers licence and have had that licence for more than two years. Hirer must be over 25 years. All vehicle rentals require a credit card bond min. $2000. All vehicle rentals are per calendar day (not 24 hours). Vehicles are full of fuel at the beginning of hire and must be returned full of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned full of fuel the difference will be charged at a rate, which will include a service component. Vehicles must be returned to the rental location prior to the designated time and in a clean condition. Hire packages are subject to kilometre limits according to duration: 1 Day Hire = 150km / 2 Day Hire = 180km / 3 Day Hire = 250km / 4 Day Hire = 350km (kilometre limits have been put in place as a guide for safety) if grossly breached charges will apply.
